THE PHASE TYPE STRUCTURE METHOD OF RELIABILITY ANALYSIS ON CIMS PRODUCTION LINE WITH VELOCITY ADJUSTED BY A BUFFER

Abstract: This paper gives a new phase type structure method of reliability analysis on CIMS production line with the velocity adjusted by a buffer. By means of the closed loop queue network of quasi birth and death processes,all the information in the system is given into a uniform matrix. All reliability and production inde-xes of the system are obtained.The local phase type strctures of the system are discussed in detail. Thus,the flexible mechaniem of the man-machine coordination of CIMS is realized.
