    From the fundamental conditions of deformation and kinematics, the geometric models for cold roll forming of conioal rollers,with the axes fixed indifferent planes,are establised.The functional relations between the leading parameters controlling the workpieee deformation and the results obtained by the proeess are found and verified through experiments.The ideal condition of the roll forming is prosented to provide the scientific basis for the prediction and the optimlzation of the process parameters.Important results as a guide to the practice and development of the process are also obtained.

    A method of measuring an ac force by a scanning probe system is proposed.The lever of the system is driven by the ac force between the sample and the tip of the lever,so that the ac force can be determined by the amplitude of the vibration of the lever,which is measured by a heterodyne laser interferometer. The variation of the force with the distance between the sample and the tip,and the electric and magnetic fields are deteeted.The thickness of thin films is measured,The force detection sensitivity is also discussed and is estimated to be about 10-11 N.

    The compression properties of 17 different as -cast Fe3Al alloys were tested and analyzed.The experimental results show that alloying process has great influence on the compression properties of as-cast Fe3Al alloys,and Ce has much greater influence than the other elements.

    The{hkl}c X-ray diffraction peaks splitting due to the pseudocubic system in the LaAlO3 single crystal wafer has been analyzed.It is found that the splitting for{hol}c is simpler than that for other peaks.The splitting angle for {hol}c is measured for a (ool)c LaAlO3 sample by the asymmetrical θ~2θ X-ray diffraction technology.The relation between the splitting angle and the rhombohedral lattice constant a in LaAlO3 is established.The cubic degrees of an LaAlO3substrate containing YBCO film is measured,with no destruction to the film and the substrate.The experimental technology here is very suitabler for researching the defect relation between the film and the substrate in the process of growing and annealing.

    The formation of photoluminescent porous silicon layers (PSL) in HF-HKO3 based solution is reported,Photomicroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) reveal that the etched Si has valvet morphology.From the shape of hills on the surface varying with the orientation of Si wafer,we can conclude that chemical etching (CE) is preferential.Colour cycles appear in the etching process and while the colour cycles are at the critical time,the sample has the bnightest photoluminescence (PL).PL spectra show that the luminescent intensity of CE is nearly an order of magnitude smaller than that of PS formed by anodization.The peak energy of CE Si is from 1.94~2.04 eV,and the full width at half maximum intensity (FWHM) is from 0.25~0.41 eV.The Stability of CE Si is discussed,as well as that of PS formed by anodization.

    Heavily boron-doped silicon films grown by molecular beam epitaxy are investigated by Raman scattering. The lineshapes of Raman spectra are analyzed based on the theory of electron-phonon interaction. The relation between the linewidth and the carrier concentration is established experimentally,and the resul is consistent with the theoretical estimation found in previous literature.The relation provides a calibration for determining the carrier concentration through Raman scattering measurements.

    A velocity-dependent quantum forced an harmonic cscillator is studied,and its exact solution is obtained by adopting the iteration mothod and the integral operators.The studyis carried on in operational form via the raising and lowering operators of the oseillator.The time developnment of the displacement and momentum operators of the quantum anharmonic osoillator is presented in shape of a Laplace transform and a subsequent inverse Laplace transform of suitable functionals.

    In recent years,there has been increasing interest in the development of robotic distributed sensor networks,but little is known in the area of the architecture and strategies for multisensor data fusion.This paper constructs a model of two-layer architecture and strategies of sensor fusion of the data level and evidence level.The model embodies the principle of information processing in data fusion problems.According to the proposed structure,this paper describes the efficient algorithms for multisensor data combination and information fusion usin Bayes parameter estimation and Dempster-Shafer's theory.An example is considered in detail.

    In this paper,taking the commercial Teflon FEP films by Du Pont Co.,and the FEP (F4,6) films by Shanghai Plastics Research Institute as examplis,the shift of mean charge depth during the TSD after corona cbarging at RT was studied by means of the heat pulse technique and thermally stimulated discharge.The transport rule of the detrapping charge in the bulk of the sample was discussed.Charge storge stabilities of the two types of positively corona charged polyfluoroe-thylenepropylene electrets at room temperature were compared.

    The time -varying AR model can be applied to analyse nonstationary signals;the parameters estimation often uses the Least Sqnare methodology now.     This paper gives a new phase type structure method of reliability analysis on CIMS production line with the velocity adjusted by a buffer. By means of the closed loop queue network of quasi birth and death processes,all the information in the system is given into a uniform matrix. All reliability and production inde-xes of the system are obtained.The local phase type strctures of the system are discussed in detail. Thus,the flexible mechaniem of the man-machine coordination of CIMS is realized.

    Several siable polyether-Oil-based ferrofluids were prepared by dispersing magnetic particles in polyether oil with a polyether-phosphate surfactant.The magnetic particle was made by co-precipitating the Fe2+,Fe3+,Fe3+ salt solutions with a base,Examined by TEM,the magnetite with an average diameter about 10nm was dispersed very well.A sample ferrofluid RE-Ⅲ (4πMs=0.0450 T) had been used in the rotatory seal in an X-ray diffraction instrument,which has been working at 3000r/min and 2.7×10-5 pa for more than two years.

    using CH4,CCl4 and H2 mixtures as source materials,We successfully synthe-sized diamond thin films at 570~580℃by the microwave plasma CVD process.The diamond thin films were characterized by the Raman spectrum,XRD,XPS and IR spectrum. The surface morphology of the films was observed with the Scanning Electron Mierosope. It was found that because CCl4 compound was introduced,the diamond nucleation density decreased.And when the concentration of CCl4 reached to 2.0%,no deposit but etehing pits could be formed.This was because of the existence of HCl in the system. The possible reason of substrate temperature decreasing in halogen containing system was discussed.

    In this paper,the sine and cosine transforms are applied to transform 3 dimension FDTD to 2 dimension FDTD in layered media. We employ the transmitting boundary condition to eliminate reflections from the boundary of the domain,and use the superabsorption technique to improve the accuracy of FDTD.The method is applied to the ground probing radar with satisfactory results.
