Analysis of Discrete Scheme for Flux Density in Hydrodynamic Model

Abstract: The discretization of current density and energy flux density equations are very important in the numerical analysis of semiconductor devices. In this paper, we present a new discretization method of the above two physical quantities, which has been used in device modeling based on hydrodynamic model and finite difference methods.
