Abstract: This paper introduces a newly developed L-Band coherent polarization scatte-rometer.The scatterometer can measure simultaneously the amplitude and phase Information of different polarizations scattered from objects,i. e. it can measure the multi-scatter.coefficionts of different polarizations seattered from objects.
