摘要: 本文叙述了利用时间导数法极值控制实现布拉格角的自动跟踪控制系统(ABAC系统),跟踪的相对误差小于0.05,并用蓝宝石和人工水晶进行了X射线衍射形貌实验,取得了良好的效果.

Abstract: The automatic following system of Bragg angle was set up in terms of the extreme value controlling by derivation with respect to time. The relative errors are within ±0.05. We performed some experiments in X-ray topography of sapphire and synthetic quartz and obtained quite good results.
