摘要: 根据聚合物材料老化一般规律,用随机过程方法,得到描述老化过程的数学模型与寿命概率分布函数.并进一步讨论了聚合物材料由于老化引起的失效及进行可靠性分析的方法.

Abstract: According to the general law of aging of polymer materials, the mathematical model of the aging process has been obtained using the method of stochastic proces and the life distribution function has been derived. The reliability analysis of the failure of the polymer materials' due to aging is discussed.
