摘要: 该文讨论小尺寸样品(其线度Lx小于非弹性散射平均自由程Lin)在低温下输运过程的量子干涉效应。假定金属中电子之间的相互作用以及非弹性散射过程都比较弱,利用修正的维德曼-夫兰兹关系式,求出了热导的相对振荡与电导的相对振荡之比,其结果表明,在低温时,热导也表现出周期性的量子振荡,但振荡振幅比电导的有所降低。

Abstract: The qnantum interference effects on thermoelectric coefficients in the small size sample are discussed in this paper. Assuming that the electron-electron interactions and the inelastic scatterings are weak and using a corrected Wiedemann-Franz relation, we could obtain the function dependance of the relative thermal conductivity on the relative electric conductivity. The result shows that the thermal conductivity exhibits periodic fluctuation corresponding to the electric conductivity flnctuation, but that the amplitude is lower.
