摘要: 在电接触过程中,金属-氧化物-金属和金属-氧化物-氧化物金属的接触界面上会出现表面等离极化激元(SPP).SPP有两种存在状态:不产生辐射状态和可以产生辐射状态.文中着重讨论了前一种状态SPP对电接触过程中的负阻现象等相关问题,并对之作了分析.

Abstract: At electrical contact interface of metal-isolator-metal (MIM) or metal-isolator-isolator-metal (MⅡM),SPP (surface plasmon polariton) will appear.SPP has two existing forms:producing radiation and not producing it.This paper focuses on the analysis of negative resistance phenomenon of MIM's SPP and related problems.
