老年性痴呆患者EEG复杂度比较分析

摘要: 运用非线性动力学方法比较分析了老年痴呆(AD)患者与同龄正常人的脑电(EEG)复杂度特征,初步表明AD患者头皮各导联处EEG信号的复杂度均显著低于同龄正常人的相应值.研究结果提示:可考虑试用复杂度作为AD临床诊断的特异性指标作进一步深入研究.

Abstract: The complexity characteristics of the electroencephalogram (EEG) of Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients were analyzed and compared with healthy persons of the same age by using nonlinear dynamics theory. The preliminary results showed that the EEG complexity values of AD patients in all leads are clearly lower than the corresponsive values of healthy persons. It indicated that the complexity could be used as a specific parameter for the clinical diagnostic of AD.
