TPC-W中支付网关模拟器的设计及性能分析

The Design of a Payment Gateway Emulator for the TPC-W Benchmark and Its Performance Analysis

摘要: 介绍了TPC-W基准测试系统的整体结构,详细描述了TPC-W基准测试系统中支付网关模拟器的设计及支付网关仿真器和被测服务器之间的认证交互过程.对加入支付网关模拟器前后的性能以及改变测试模式、数据库尺寸后的性能进行了比较分析.性能分析表明:该软件能真实地模拟大量用户访问Web服务器真实行为的统计特性,不仅可以通过改变可控参数来测量服务器在不同负载下的性能,还可以通过对比发现服务器性能中的瓶颈.

Abstract: The architecture of TPC-W benchmark is introduced briefly in this paper, which followed by description of the schema of payment gateway emulator (PGE) and its interactive authentication process with the server under test (SUT).It compares the performance of web server with and without the payment gateway emulator and then analyzes its performance with the change of test mode and database size.The result shows that TPC-W benchmark can simulate the true behavior web server so as to evaluate server's performance exactly with different workload by changing the parameters within the range of possibilities and find the performance bottleneck.
