加细函数的卷积构造算法

The Construction of Refinable Function Based on Convolution

摘要: 通过两个加细函数的卷积运算,给出构造加细函数的新方法.讨论了由卷积运算产生的加细函数的性质,特殊地当伸缩因子为2时,得到任意两个B-样条尺度函数Ni(x)和Nj(x)的卷积仍是一个Ni+j(x)B-样条尺度函数.最后给出构造算例.

Abstract: Let φ1, φ2 be two refinable functions with the dilation factor a.A new method for constructing the refinable function based on the convolution of functions φ1, φ2 is presented.The properties such as periodicity and symmetry of the refinable function generated by the convolution of functioins φ1, φ2 are discussed.The B-spline function Ni +j(x) can be constracted by the convolution (Ni *Nj) (x) of two B-spline functions Ni(x) and Nj(x).Finally, two examples are given to illustrate how to use the method to construct refinable function.
