摘要: 提出了一种新的压控振荡器用自动幅度控制电路:电荷泵式自动幅度控制电路.该电路的固有特性决定了它具有比模拟稳幅电路更好的相位噪声性能.文章基于S域小信号模型分析了该电路的稳定性,并且通过仿真比较了电荷泵式AAC和模拟AAC的相位噪声性能.

Abstract: A new automatic amplitude control circuit for VCO, charge-pump AAC, is presented in this paper.Phase noise performance better than traditional methods is achieved due to its inherent characteristic.Stability analysis based on a small signal model in the S domain is presented.The simulation results indicate that, compared to analog AAC, 14.4 dB phase noise improvement is obtained at 10 kHz offset using the charge-pump AAC.
