摘要: LEACH协议是提出较早、较为完整的无线传感器网络协议之一。本文运用自主开发的无线传感器网络软件仿真平台,参考实际的硬件参数,根据LEACH协议对传感器网络的媒体接入层、网络层运行过程进行仿真。在得到的统计数据的基础上,对LEACH协议的群首推选算法进行了理论分析,指出了该算法的优点和不足,提出了进一步的改进方向。

Abstract: The low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH) protocol is an early wireless sensor network protocol. In this paper, simulation of wireless sensor networks using LEACH is given based on the sensor network simulator developed in the authors’ laboratory. The simulation focuses on the MAC layer and network layer while considering the actual hardware parameters. Performance of the cluster head election algorithm is analyzed in theory in terms of the statistic data obtained from the simulation. The advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm are presented along with an improvement mechanism.
