EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF SELECTIVITY FOR OPTIC-GAS SENSING OF SnO2:Sb FILM

Abstract: We observed the improvement of sensitivity of optio-gas sensing in ethanol vapour,and the reduction of sensitivity in acetone vapour when SnO2 film was mixed with, Sb (0.1Wt%). This may provide the experimental basis for developing an optio-gas sensing element having selectivity.
