摘要: 研究了各种光照和热处理对p-i-n型α-Si:H太阳电池性能和稳定性的影响,发现电池性能的衰降主要表现为填充因子的减小,在80-120℃间进行热处理能改善电池的稳定性,并对实验结果进行了分析讨论.

Abstract: The performance and stability of a-SiH solar cells were studied under various illumination conditions and with the heat annealing method. We found that the degradation of cell performance was due mainly to the reduction of fill-factor decrease, and that the stability of the cell was improved by heat annealing at 80-120℃. The experimental results were discussed.
