The reflection and tranEmiedon spectra of oblique-incident waves at a wultiple-slab-generalized fractal layer which consists of a fraotal set are studied.A generalized method, with self-similarity, is used for this purpose. The genemlized formulae as well as a new type of reflection and transmission spectra,i.e., the self-similar spectra, are obtained. This type of spectra may be used in electronic countermeasure, film optics and photoelectronic devices, and so on.

According to the information Theory, we introduce a method with which we can quantitatively calculate the mutual information of two systems S and Q,i.e.I(S; Q)=∑P(si,qj).log[P(si,qj)/P(si)P(qj)].The predictability of the data of a system was analyzed and the optimal prediction precision was obtained by the computing results of the mutual information between the one dimensional time series and its time delayed series from the time period systems, chaotic systems and random systems. The dissimilarity of the data of a system was estimated by the computing regular of the mutual information between the two dimensional time series from time period systems, chaotic systems and randoms systems, thus the waive of releasing the work could be avoided. Compared with the cross correlation function, the mutual information can quantitatively show the relation between the two time series.

In this paper, the.trapping effect of the shallow impurity energy level in silicon at low temperatures is analyzed. The expression for the ratios of the injected electrons in the conduction band to the total electrons nC/nT at various injection levels in p-type silicon is given. The main. results indicate that the trapping effect of the shallow impurity energy level under the low injection condition will exert a tremendous influence on the frequency properties of bipolar devices at low temperatures, and it becomes neligible at the high injection level because the total injected electrons overwhelm the carrier trapping effect.

A novel photocrosslinked poly(vinyl alcohol) hydrogel was prepared and applied to entrap β-lactam penicitllinase. The properties of the hydrogel and immobilized enzyme were thoroughly investigated. Results show that the hydrogel is very suitable for the immobllization of β-lactam penieillinase. The stabilities of the immobilized enzyme to PH value of the medium, temperature and storage are better than those of the free β-laotam penioilllnaee. Also the immobilized enzyme membrane is connected to a pH-sensitive field effect transistor to form a penieillin-sensitive biosensor. The specifications of the resulting biosensor are as follows:response time less than 60sec, sensitivity to penicillin larger than 3mV/mM,1inear response range of 0~16mM, and very good storage stability. When it is applied to determine the penicillin content of the fermenting mixture during the production process, the results are found to conform to those obtained by the conventional iodine titration.

The ultrafine particle samples of Fe-29 wt% Ni alloy with different average diameters(12 to 100nm) are prepared by the evaporation condensation method in the atmosphere of N2.They are a mixture of martensitio α'(bcc) and the austenite γ(fcc). Each individual particle is a single crystal (bcc or fcc). The volume fraction of martensite increases evidently with the decrease of the average diameter. During heating, as the average diameter decreases, the temperature (Aa and Af) for α'-γ reverie martensitic transformation comes down, and the range(As-Af) of the transformation temperature becomes narrower. However, during cooling (up to 77K), we have not found the martensitic transformation. The stabilization of the austenite and the growth mechanism of the martensite and austenite are preliminarily discussed in this Paper too.

After excitation by the UV fluorescent lamp, the aftergrow luminescence of phosphor could last 10 h with a hyperbola type decay, showing the characteristic of recombination luminescence. The measurements of thermoluminescence spectra showed that there were two thermoluminescence peaks lying at 333°K and 378°K, reflecting that the electron traps existed in the Phosphor. furthermore, experiments exhibited that the impurity component Mg formed the electron traps and made the phosphor possess the long aftergrow luminescence property.

The commonly used least mean square (LMS) error adaptive filtering algorithm is employed for studying the demodulating procedure and the performance of the ADEM scheme. It is indicated by simulation experiments that the ADEM has many advantages over conventional ones, such as the powerful anti-noise ability, the small transfer delay, and the convenient implementation with DSP technology. The idea and Principle of the ADEM can also be applied to other modulation modes.

The fuzzy theory is applied to deal with composites in this paper. The multi-factor relation figure and fuzzy matrix influencing the properties of the super-hybrid composite ARALL are presented. By using the matrix operation of the fuzzy theory, the multi-criteria matrix is obtained. Through the two-grade-decision method, the degree of influences on the properties of ARALL by the factors, such as the residual stress, adhesive property and content of the adhesive,is analysed. The result shows that the state of the residual stress is the chief factor, followed by the adhesive property and the content. This paper offers a new method to the raw materials choice for the composite and its design, and both the result and the method of the paper are of significance to the study of composites.

Creep feed grinding has a vast reservoir of potentialities itself. However since mechanism researches fall behind the production application, its potentialities have not been fully developed. For instance in the grinding circle at home and abroad, the creep feed grinding burn restricting both machining quality and efficiency has been universally considered as one of the most elusive and troublesome problems up to now. In this paper, on the basis of deepgoing researches on grinding heat, the heat transfer process of the contact zone and the unstable-state temperature field in the workpiece surface layer during creep feed grinding,a simulation mathematical model which can be used to calculate the time-course of temperature field distortion in the workpiece surface layer has been structured, and on these grounds, the computer simulation studies of the workpiece burn process during creep feed grinding have been completed. The simulation results accord well with the practice of the burn process during creep feed grinding. The results in this paper take the lead in explaining the heat mechanism of burn course during creep feed grinding, showing that the creep feed grinding burn is a typical slow changing course and has obvious premonition characteristics. Therefore it can be predicted and monitored. This creative work can be regarded as an important contribution to the basic theory of grinding.

This confirms the general theoretical expectation from the microscopic point of view and explains the recent experimental results.

The method of checking the case form by processing the log data go-ten with the ultrasmall cement-bond quality testing tool (UCT) is presented in this paper. The method is proved to be effective by theoretical analysis and the process effect of the real log data.

A complex structure (C-S) which can be used in fabricating the Static Induction Devices (SID)is proposed and designed. This structural devices exhibit typical I-V characteristics and electrical performance, which are the same as those for the surface-gate and buried-gate types of SID. The experiment results indicate that C-S may be adopted as one of basic structures of SID. A prominent merit of C-S is that only ordinary planar technology is used to fabricate the SID.
